Built in 1863 as a school house, this grade II listed building is vintage charm on the outside with clean modern vibes within. You can make it your own; style it to suit your day or keep it pretty minimal, it will still look great.

We're a boutique venue, perfect for intimate weddings and parties. Due to our unusual split level layout, here's how many people we can accommodate:
SEATED MEAL - 80 GUESTS
NON-SEATED PARTY - 100 GUESTS
WEDDING CEREMONY - 80 GUESTS
Small ceremony upstairs; We have space for 30 people in our 'chapel' mezzanine with room for a further 20 watching from the ground floor.
Larger ceremony downstairs; Up to 60 guests can be seated on the ground floor with a further 20 watching from the mezzanines.
